Embracing the lighter side of Life.

"Even monkees fall out of trees"

Feng shui, traditionally the art of placement, has evolved into a popular and practical tool for creating balanced home and work spaces.  Combining traditional feng shui tools with modern design applications, your space becomes inviting, comfortable and inspiring.

Susan Duffield of The Bamboo Monkee tastefully and skillfully improves upon the traditional tools and principles of feng shui with contemporary design ideas and concepts. While the foundational concepts of feng shui are a focus of her work, Susan intuitively builds on the intentions, lifestyles and aesthetic preferences of her clients for an individualized experience. Working in private residences, home offices, executive suites and large corporate environments, the application of ancient and modern techniques serves clients in building relationships (personal and professional), expanding desired opportunities, addressing health or economic issues and overall expanding one's quality of and satisfaction with life.

Feng shui is a 4000+ year old practice that combines and utilized the energies of the five elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal, to create 'auspicious,' or fortunate, energy flow within a space. The principles can be applied to the body itself, individual rooms, homes, buildings, plots of property, even entire geographic regions in order to interpret existing situations and then adapt them to provide a more desired outcome or to target a specific result.

Susan is available by appointment to work with you in your home or place of business. She also enjoys teaching feng shui and is available for workshops, lectures, corporate training modules and individual training sessions.
